TO ORDER

If you wish to go ahead with a quotation, we require an authorised signature. Please request an order confirmation form, which will be emailed or faxed to you.

PRICES

Unless otherwise stated quotations are priced individually and show origination, set up and delivery costs to one UK address. All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%. Credit Terms are 30 Days Nett unless otherwise stated on your order confirmation form.

Please note that on printed merchandise orders there may be unders or overs of up to 10% and therefore you will be charged accordingly.

DEADLINES

If you have a deadline, please let us know. In the event of placing an order where lead time is tight, we would like to assure you that Purple will do everything possible to meet your deadline.  However, we cannot take responsibility for things outside our control.  To avoid disappointment, order early!!

ARTWORK

For Embroidery - Any image, Letterhead, JPEG, etc

For Digital Printing - High Resolutions JPEG 300DPI or PDF

For Screen Printing - Any High Res sharp image – eg. JPEG/EPS/PDF/TIF/GIF

For Merchandise - EPS format only. Illustrator Vector format, convert text to paths or outlines

If you do not have your artwork in the correct format, we can draw it for you, please ask for a quotation. ALL ARTWORK TO BE FORWARDED TO info@purple5.biz WITH QUOTATION REFERENCE ATTACHED.

EMBROIDERY SAMPLES

All embroidery orders have an embroidery sample to approve before embroidering onto garments to ensure customer satisfaction.

MERCHANDISE SAMPLES

We are happy to provide plain samples of products where possible to ensure you get the right product. Please be aware that these samples will be charged to you unless returned within 28 days or otherwise agreed.
